I am pregnant
And I’m Here to Support You Every Step of the Way

Pregnancy is one of the most transformative journeys a woman can take—physically, emotionally, and mentally. Whether you’re newly expecting or well into your pregnancy, it’s completely natural to feel both excited and overwhelmed. I've been there—twice—and I want you to know you're not alone.

Exercise During Pregnancy Matters
Staying active during pregnancy isn’t about “pushing yourself”—it’s about moving in a way that supports your body, your baby, and your wellbeing.

Movement in pregnancy Helps reduce common pregnancy discomforts like back pain and swelling, Boosts mood and energy levels, Improves sleep, Prepares your body for labor and recovery & Supports better circulation and posture
But remember—pregnancy is not the time for extremes. It's about gentle, intentional movement that works with your changing body, not against it.
Your Body Is Changing—And That’s Not Always Easy
Even with all the joy and anticipation, many women find it hard to watch their bodies change. You might feel like a stranger in your skin—and that’s okay.
These feelings are more common than you think. But:
You’re allowed to love your baby and still struggle with your reflection
You’re allowed to grieve your old body and still embrace the new one
You deserve support that honors both your emotional and physical changes
This is a safe space to move your body without judgment, comparison, or pressure.

I’ve Been There—Twice

I know what it’s like to feel exhausted but still want to feel strong. To love your bump but miss your waist. To wonder if you’re doing “enough” or “too much.”

Having been through pregnancy twice myself, I understand the unique physical needs, emotional ups and downs, and the deep desire to feel empowered—not just as a mother, but as a woman.

That’s why I offer movement guidance tailored to real pregnancy experiences—not textbook theories.
Exercising While Pregnant Is Not the Same, but it's not less
Your body is doing something extraordinary—and it deserves to be treated with care. This means: Modifying movements for your trimester and symptoms, Prioritising core and pelvic floor connection, Focusing on mobility, stability, and breath—not intensity & Listening to what your body tells you each day
Pregnancy workouts aren’t about burning calories—they’re about building confidence, connection, and resilience.

Why Nutrition in Pregnancy Matters

During pregnancy, your body needs extra nutrients to support your baby’s growth and development—as well as your own health.
A balanced diet rich in protein, iron, folate, calcium, and healthy fats helps form your baby’s organs, brain, and bones, while also reducing the risk of complications like low birth weight, anemia, and gestational diabetes.
Eating well now lays the foundation for a healthy pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
